Sticking up for someone else’s mistake sure sucked. It was always Imaizumi he had to carry -- always Imaizumi’s faux-pas he had to excuse in front of the boss. All the while, the rookie was trying to kiss up Teshima’s ass and become the new boss. Honestly, if that were to happen, Yuusuke might as well leave. Just fuck off. That’s something he had been thinking about for quite some time -- even talking to Naruko about it, exchanging his feelings about it. There was no freedom in this gang. It was almost a tyranny underneath the Mad Hatter. And Makishima really was not terrified, he just did not like being put into a cage.
Listening to the man’s words about Shunsuke and how things had to improve and such, the green-haired male interfered then.
“If you’ve got so many things to improve on the rookie, why not tell him yourself, sho?”
Surely, that was daring -- but he was losing his patience, surely but steadily. It was one thing to strip him down of any dignity, all the while he wanted to be called the GREEN TARANTULA, he was refused and had to accept the name CHESHIRE CAT -- simply because his smile was oh-so terrifying to anyone who had to witness it.
