7 Things I've learned from my first party
1. Don't tell kids your ticklish because they will tickle you, ALL. THE. TIME. 2. Eating the cake and cupcakes mean that you can ask the kids what human food is like. Also you get cakes and cupcakes. 3. DON'T FORGET YOUR MUSIC. 4. Assign someone camera duty because if you don't NO ONE will take pictures. 5. Bring towels or blankets for easier/better transitions and costume changes 6. If offered food at a party don't eat the savory stuff (but get your mer-tender to save you a plate and take it to your car so you can enjoy it there). 7. Don't sweat the small stuff. Plan the whole time with games and stories and then just go with the flow. It's more fun for everyone if you do.
