Make these cute Minion Marshmallow Treats using marshmallows and Fruit Roll-Ups. They are perfect for Minion-themed parties or just for fun snacking!
Ingredients: 3 cups mini marshmallows. 4 cups rice cereal. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. Yellow food coloring. Fruit Roll-Ups blue, black, and white. Edible candy eyeballs. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Melt the unsalted butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows to the saucepan and stir until completely melted and well combined. Remove the saucepan from heat and add a few drops of yellow food coloring to achieve the desired Minion color. Stir until the color is evenly distributed. Add the rice cereal to the marshmallow mixture and gently fold it in until all the cereal is coated with the marshmallow mixture. Prepare a 9x9-inch square baking dish by lightly greasing it with cooking spray. Press the marshmallow and cereal mixture into the greased baking dish, using a spatula to smooth it out evenly. Allow the mixture to cool and set for about 30 minutes. Once cooled, use a sharp knife to cut the marshmallow treats into rectangular shapes. Unroll the blue Fruit Roll-Ups and cut them into strips. Place a strip on the top of each marshmallow treat as the Minion's overalls. Cut small circles from the white Fruit Roll-Ups to create the Minion's eyes. Place a candy eyeball in the center of each eye. Cut small strips from the black Fruit Roll-Ups to make the Minion's hair. Attach the hair above the eyes.
