There are many changes afoot for us all, both big and small. On the smaller, lighter side, our neighborhood Mexican restaurant that has been here for ages closed, and a new one opened in its place. El Matador had its Grand Opening yesterday. I doubt it was really that grand, given the circumstances, but they sure had a positive outlook! I stopped in to pick up some rice for tonight’s dinner, and it was very good. Neighbors, please give it a try the next time you want takeout!
