“I manifest the things I want by believing in their existence”🌟 . . Woke to this email this morning👍🏻 I can officially add “RN” behind my name. The journey wasn’t easy, but it was worth it🙏🏻 I learned a lot about myself and others through the process. No doubt, if I hadn’t had a solid mindfulness practice, I would have been a very different person and had a very different experience. By continuing my running, yoga, meditation, mindful and other various self care tools throughout my experience in the nursing program, I was able to stay “calm in the chaos”...even when walking into a potential 6hr test.
