Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Alaska, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia.

Some will argue that states like Michigan are an 'at will' state, meaning they can fire you at will, for no or any reason.  This would prevent them from firing you for lgbt reasons - they could still fire you for any other reason they see fit.
