Yesterday I finally had a chance to see Kid Cudi for the second time. Anyone that knows me knows he’s my favorite artist of all time and the connection I have with his music. But I want to use this to talk about something he did last night that most artist don’t. For those of you that don’t know Kid Cudi mission statement for his music it has always been To help kids not feel alone, and stop kids from committing suicide. And he’s stood by that for years. Anyways during the concert Cudi spotted a sign that said ‘Cudi saved my life’. After seeing that he took a moment to tell that person and everyone else who might’ve felt the same way that they saved themselves. All he does is leave bread crumbs to help lead the way with his music. And called everyone a survivor and encouraged them to keep on going. And even thanked his fans when in reality his fans should be thanking him. It’s crazy the impact someone’s music can have on hundreds of thousands of lives. He also said the CudFam is more than just a fan base. But a family of brothers and sisters who carry out and believe in Cudis mission statement.
