I'm currently doing this thing at my new job where my trainer makes a dish in front of me, we taste it together and then I get to make it and then we taste that too. Today I got to eat tenderloin four times. I've never been happier.
Yeah! Salt that pasta! This handsome guy is my frenemy, the pasta chef, my favorite guy to get in little bitchy fights with across the line. At the end, with any luck, we both laugh and have a beer. No matter what I say about him or to him though, I have to give him props, he can cook pasta like nobody's business.
