My products from today's class!! The top two are a Raspberry Bavarian Entremet, pretty much a French way of saying a "mousse filled fancy cake". The bottom two are Petit Gateauxs which are mini versions of the top cake! The top cake has a white chocolate flower. The whole thing is made out of chocolate
