Day 2: 6/6 #12daysofannestagram with @carrottoppapershop and @thebooksellersdaughter If you loved Anne of Green Gables you’ll love Pat of Silver Bush, also by L.M Montgomery. I love this cover, the jacket art for the first edition. I would love to find one for my collection. I like Pat because she has Anne’s love of nature, her imagination, her compassion for all people and a love for her home. I would love to see the Pat books brought to the screen. So many vivid characters with compelling developments as they grow and the world around them changes. It also takes place on Price Edward Is, but in the 1930’s.
