SO! Out of curiousity I decided to reload the Act 2 Astarion confession scene to see if there are changes post-Patch 1...and there's quite a bit OwO

A lot more Astarion emoting and close-ups, but with some of the Dagmar reactions that I liked edited out T_T Oh well, you win some you lose some!

Patch #1 Now Live!

<p>Patch #1 is now live for Baldur&#39;s Gate 3, addressing over 1000 bugs, glitches, and blockers.</p>

so in the patch notes it says they fixed the bug where Wyll has an exclamation mark above his head but we can't actually have a conversation with him. if I load in those earlier saves now, still no conversation plays. The mark above his head was simply removed. Even though in the patch notes they say he should be able to talk now. But the scene is still missing (for me at least)

I was also hoping they would fix that scene which is missing after sex with mizora. It's very clearly bugged because love interest shows up and mizora says she will leave us to discuss private matters. But then no conversation plays, the scene ends strangely and abruptly and the party is teleported out of camp automatically (which is not normal. that otherwise never happens in the morning) I loaded in a save to check after this first patch because I was really curious about that scene but it's still the same. a pity

hopefully they will fix missing scenes later, there are a fuckload of scenes which are missing according to dataminers. maybe they are focused on the quest breaking bugs for now. Still it's a bit concerning because the wyll scene doesn't seem to be fixed.(not for me at least. Although I might try loading in even earlier evenings.) I just hope this is not the route they are taking, don't just remove the indication that a scene was supposed to exist there. Actually add the scene to the game please!

And the whole missing upper city problem is very concerning... especially when it breaks companion quests.

so in the patch notes it says they removed that bug where auntie ethel loaded in walking around with 0 health in act 3. NO. it was so easy. LMAO so in my new playthrough I will actually have to win a fight? 😭 these are not type of bugs I want fixed honestly.
