Is it possible to change one's title? The game has failed to give me or my coplayer an appropriate aspect. There are only two of us, and neither is time or space, making the session unwinnable. For reference, I am a sylph of mind playing with a bard of heart. ~WS

No it is not possible to change your Titles.

Yes, it is still a winnable session. Pre-patch 4.1.5 the game still somehow managed to render unwinnable sessions but we finally fixed this. (We actually thought it was impossible since 2.3.3 but we’ve been proven wrong.) Lacking Time and Seer will make it harder, yes, but not impossible. In fact the game will go easier on you (not: not easy, only easier).

Okay but...Why are the jokes there? :?

No reason. Just for a comic relief. And also with them the NPCs don’t seem so flat. It is a good way to increase your Prospit Reputation since you don’t have to listen to the same boring things and sharing this jokes with some other Prospitian (or even Dersian) marks you as Friendly.

what detective jokes

Good ones, bad ones, shitty ones… All of them. It’s somewhat around 50 scripted jokes they all know and they can make up their own based on their AI and what had already happened. Therefore each Session will from now on have it’s own unique detective jokes.

Go on and learn it out on your own, really.

With upload of patch 4.1.5 the Charges are now functioning only in game and not outside it. Prospitian Agents are once again generating detective jokes and not laughing at them doesn’t lower your reputation. Along with the Masquerade now you may participate in the Moonrun event on your planet. We thank you for your understanding.
