Demi: Franklin, I am questioning your sanity...
Patch: I never questioned it, I knew their sanity was missing from the start.

Demi: Franklin, I am questioning your sanity...
Patch: I never questioned it, I knew their sanity was missing from the start.
Patch: *is visibly upset*
Mahogany: Patch, what happened? I haven't seen you like this since you found out candyland wasn't an actual country.
Franklin: Adulting is hard.
Franklin: How do I quit?
Patch: Time travel.
Mahogany: Die.
Interesting thing demons usually cling a lot to their pactmaker if the pact is anything where that's reasonable
They are really clingy
Muffins is the worst example of usually wanting to be around Diamond all the time and actually usually needs to be distracted to be separated for a bit or gets really sad like a dog raised in quarantine but Diamond doesn't mind usually (in cult arc this instinct is a little suppressed by Trix given it's hard to handle)
Carrot also is clingy but let's Patch leave Kinoko for any period of time but every time Patch returns he's got a demon automatically rushing over and hugging onto him while sniffing to see where all Patch has been and Patch just gives pats and sometimes climbs up into Carrot's arms so at least they can do this inside a building given he will be carried to Carrot's nest which is in Patch's library behind a secret door in one of the shelves and on the way Patch usually grabs a book then the two read with each other till Carrot calms down
Coal is clingy to Bee but is less chaotic then the others instead just likes sitting near Bee whenever possible and just laying on top of him on occasion despite being bigger then Bee
Patch: There is no future. There is no past. Don't you see? Time is simultaneous, an intricately structured jewel that humans insist on viewing one edge at a time, when the whole design is visible in every fact.
Mahogany: ...All I asked was if you wanted to cut your birthday cake first.
