Patchtale design of the shitty murder child, Chara. They had taken up whittling which allowed them to transport a knife without being too suspicious. They look more doll like due to the prolonged exposure to magic in the Underground and having the urge to destroy humanity. 

When opening their mouth to laugh or screech, it tears the seams on their mouth and is completely black on the inside.
