Are you going to finish patch-tale just asking

Unfortunately, no.

Patch-tale was going to be a very large comic project- but when I got the idea for Fallen Flowers I realized it was a much better story. So I decided to go with the new comic instead. Parts of me laments it, because I did like a lot of the ideas I had planned for Patch-tale, but the comic was going to become a bit meta in parts and that likely would have turned a lot of people off from it anyway. 

Since I don’t plan to finish it I can safely just explain it, I guess- Patch was supposed to be an AI Player 3 that was added to the “game” during a running Save file. In particular, Patch was literally a “patch” meant to be added to the system to repair “glitches” and “anomalies”, but she didn’t know it yet. She ends up using parts of her data to fix Flowey’s messed up code and gives him a bit of a functioning “soul” by giving him a piece of hers- allowing him to occasionally return to monster form. 

From there I had plans of her realizing the Save state was actually fractured in parts- so she follows the fractures and encounters Gaster- who is the one that reveals her nature. So the story was gonna be her trying to repair the fractures in various “Save states” and world hop. Eventually she would learn that she’s actually an altered “Frisk” file. 

The idea was fun to think of, but I like Fallen Flowers infinitely more.

How do ya think Hacker!Frisk would react to someone like Anti-Virus!Sans? (From Infectionstale)

Wowza, that’s one dude that H!Frisk would want to steer clear of. I suppose he’s what Hacker would call a “Janitor.” The name was reserved for @mikmik121‘s character, Patch!Nabstaton who Hacker had run into and was scared to death by. One of the reasons being that he was someone who ‘cleaned up’ so to speak. Fixed things in timelines that were wonky, I believe? 

And from what I understand of Anti-Virus!Sans, what he does is "tracking, delete, destroy, save and disinfect” any traces of Viruses in the Multiverse. If he were to come across one of Hacker’s pranks, he may or may not believe it to be the work of a virus. Which begs the question, is Hacker a virus to some extent at least? Pretty interesting. They do go around messing with stuff.

A little gag in the PATCH♥TALE universe. Based on this vine. 

Undyne kinda terrifies Patch (for reasons the comic will eventually get to) so she totally would enlist the help of the greatest of fonts to convert the Royal Guard to the ways of pacifism. The guards unfortunately were too effective against Sans as he couldn’t resist a-rest. :D
