i have been racking my brain on and on about this question and you're one of the people who came to mind who might indulge me in this. basically, ethical cat girl design. the reason for my ponderings is essentially two of my main ocs r cat girls, and i want to get this right. my most biggest question about cat girl design is the cat ear placement. There are, as I know of, three popular design choices. option one, the classic head band look. right smack damn on the head. pros: vv cute, (1/??)

OK SO ethical catgirl ears.
i am 100% a supporter of the headband look, so option #1. hear me out.
i’m a furry. as a furry, i have drawn anthropomorphic animals wearing glasses/headphones. it CAN work. it just depends on the placement of these things.
i know in moomins, the glasses issue is addressed with the character snork, who has little straps around his ears that tie his glasses so they can rest without falling.
but also. it’s a fantasy thing. you don’t necessarily NEED logic behind why the catgirl’s glasses stay up!
and the headphones can work if you just place them behind the ears! heads got space on ‘em !!!!!
