Post op picture! I tried my best to figure out how to censor this photo before I posted it so I don't freak anyone out. To no avail, that really should be an option. 🤷 I am in so much pain it is unbearable 70% of the time. I have had a few good spells of dull pain that made me feel human again, but I don't see an end to it yet. 😔 I think that my knee looks a hell of a lot better than it feels. 2nd day of PT and they put my VMO and Quad muscles on the TENS unit. It kind of felt good once the initial shock wore off. I achieved a 30° bend which was my goal and next week we are shooting for 45° This sucks overall 10/10 would not recommend. I'm still not really believing that I need to do this to my left leg as well. I also did not expect that most of y'all would be quarantined at home with me for the next couple of weeks.
