I absolutely love the winter holiday season. I observe multiple holidays during that time and they are all equally special to me, so I couldn't possibly choose just one to host a party dedicated to. I would host a more general "winter cheer" / "yuletide season" gathering for my friends and fellow witches. Putting this below a cut because I already know it's going to end up long.

For activities, I would want to have crafting opportunities for making dipped beeswax candles for protection and making julgetter. I would also want to include some activities on the witchier side, so we would go wassail and honor the local dead in a nearby cemetery and do some divination with chestnut popping.

For the ambience, I am a slut for Victorian Christmas vibes right now, so I would draw heavily from that. Lots of candlelight and crafted decor, linen ribbons on the tree, twisted wire tinsel, and lots of pomanders.

For the menu, I would go for holiday decadence. The traditional meat for my personal faith is usually pork, but I don't eat pork. So I would do a cranberry glazed roast beef with a mushroom and thyme wellington for @hillbillybubbeleh and the other non-meat eaters. I always have root veggies on my table, so sides would be roasted root sundry and chestnut stuffing with mushroom gravy. Dessert would be a ginger + pear tart and a brown butter spice cake (with cupcake versions to take home).
