Life and Motion Pictures

Someone I recently listened to compared life to film in motion pictures. And how life is exactly like an ever flowing stream of singular moments just as a motion picture is with each still singular frame. When watching a film it's an illusion so to speak that takes place. We are seeing thousands of frames that don't move at all. Yet it appears that everything in the movie is moving at once as it is naturally recorded by the camera.I wonder if by looking at some of the clips in our lives hard enough -if we could root some of the unwanted frames out just as the editor does to films ? #thework
