Namaste brother! 💙⚡️🙏🏽⚡️💙 Repost @johnbartlettny Last night I graduated from @integralyoganyc 200-hour teacher’s training and am now certified to teach a level one #hatha class. Three intense and wondrous months of delving into the sacred science of yoga from chanting to the asanas to breathing practices and meditation. I so look forward to sharing what I learned. I am indebted to my teachers and fellow students for this transformational experience. I also received a spiritual name which I love very much. It is Jivada which means “giver of life”. #pathsaremanytruthisone
