Travelsis a live double album by the Pat Metheny Group recorded in July, October, and November 1982 and released on ECM the following year. The quintet features pianist Lyle Mays and rhythm section Steve Rodby and Dan Gottlieb, with guest Nana Vasconcelos. It won the Grammy Award for Best Jazz Fusion Performance.

Jaco (1974/1976): An earlier, more avant-garde recording session involving Metheny, Pastorius, Paul Bley, and Bruce Ditmas was also released under the title Jaco.

Shadows and Light: Both musicians also toured and recorded together as part of Joni Mitchell's band in 1979.
