I feel a LuPat adaptation would work well in terms of getting Power Rangers more in the public eye.

Namely with the Rangers Vs Rangers gimmick. Mind you, while thieves might not fly with a kids show, they could make them vigilante spies who are solving cases the law enforcing Rangers are stumped by.

It would sorta tackle the matter of superheroes overall and cooperation with the law, a touchy subject when discussing Marvel. Like how most Ranger teams aren't part of any formal government organization outside of Lightspeed Rescue. Time Force was cut off from the future and had to operate under their own devices.

With SPD, how would a new team of Rangers that don't answer to authority clash.
