Then the Crusaders have carried out their first mission…
Michael Biehn
I’m pretty pissed at myself for not recognizing my favorite 80s-90s action hero the first time I watched The Mandalorian episode of “The Jedi”. He looks familiar but I couldn’t place it where until I see his name in the ending credits. I got so caught up with Ahsoka Tano’s epic appearance that I overlooked him!
If you don’t know who he is, let me introduce you the list of films he was in!
The Terminator (1984)
He’s the one and only, KYLE REESE that fought the Terminators alongside John Connor and nobody else can replace him in the entire franchise!
Aliens (1986)
He’s Corporal Dwayne Hicks, the space marine soldier that fought the Xenomorph alongside Ellen Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) and survived!
Navy Seals (1990)
He’s Lieutenant James Curran that led the Navy Seals against the terrorists fighting alongside Charlie Sheen (Dale Hawkins)!
The Rock (1996)
He’s Commander Charles Anderson that led the Navy Seals against the US Marines (General Hummel played by Ed Herris) and fight alongside Sean Connery (Patrick Mason) and Nicolas Cage (Stanley Goodsped).
Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun (1999)
He’s Commander Mc Neil that led the Global Defense Initiative with James Earl Jones (General Solomon) against the “evil” Brotherhood of NOD!
The man has seen some shit, fighting terminators and aliens in a dystopian future on Earth and other planet, fighting terrorists abroad and radical soldiers on the home soil, and he finally died easily at the hands of The Mandalorian! To be fair, no one could defeat Mando, but he got defeated way too easily!
Maybe I’m just bias, now. Haha. But seriously, if you haven’t seen any of the films listed above, go do it now! 😆
