The Sanctuary of Truth🦋 This religious building is an all-wooden building filled with sculptures based on traditional Buddhist and Hindu motifs. • It features contemporary Visionary art based on traditional religious themes. • The project was initiated as an idea of Thai businessman Lek Viriyaphant in 1981, and is scheduled to be complete in 2050. • He has invested alot of his wealth and full vision into this project. The owner has property across all of Thailand, and also started a insurance company in Thailand. • Before passing he drew up exactly how he wanted this work of art finished. He is clearly a visionary and someone who takes great passion into various religions and art. • He passed away in the year 2000, and has his family continuing the project under his vision and creative eye. — Tags: #sanctuaryoftruth #pattayathailand #pattayatrip #pattayacity #thailand_ig #hinduism #bhuddism #hindu #bhuddist #religions #thaiarchitecture #cambodia #chinaarchitecture #chinaart #cambodian #indiaart #easternphilosophy #sanctuaryasia #kingdomofthailand #religiousarchitecture #statues #woodenart #woodenarchitecture #woodenbuilding #utopia #religiousplace #architecturelife #architecturelover #pattayablog #pattayabeach #pattaya2017 (at Pattaya City, Thailand)

- Curious about Thai cultural festivals?
- Or just craving a peaceful, less-crowded escape? Here's a monthly guide to help you decide the perfect time to travel to Pattaya
Pattaya Weather Overview
Pattaya has a tropical climate with three main seasons:
Hot Season (March to May)
Get ready for sunshine, blue skies, and beach-perfect weather! It’s hot, but if you're a sun lover or planning to spend your days by the sea, this is the perfect season to travel.
Rainy Season (June to October)
Expect a mix of sunshine and tropical showers—sometimes heavy, but often short. The best part? Fewer crowds, greener scenery, and off-season hotel deals
Cool Season (November to February)
The weather is warm but not too hot, there is less humidity, and the city is full of energy. It’s the busiest season, with lots of things to see and do.
Best Time to Visit Pattaya
November to February – Peak Tourist Season
This is the best time to visit Pattaya since the weather is pleasant. The sun shines every day, and the weather is pleasant with temperatures ranging from 24°C to 30°C. You can indulge in water sports, sightseeing, and nightlife without getting unbearably hot or wet.
March to May – Hot but Happening
If you are prepared for the heat, this is a perfect time for beach activities and nighttime functions. The temperature is around 35°C, so light clothing and lots of water are essential.
June to October – Green and Quiet
This is the rainy season, but the rain does not usually last for the whole day. This time is cheaper to travel, and the town is not very crowded. Perfect for the budget traveler and those who want some quiet time in a serene environment!
Travel Tips for Visiting Pattaya
Book Early for Peak Season
From November to February, flights and hotels become crowded. It is recommended that the booking be made in advance to prevent overpriced bookings.
Pack According to Season
Cotton clothes that are lightweight are perfect. Come with an umbrella or a raincoat in case it is the rainy season.

Pattaya is much more than just beaches. Take the time to visit the Sanctuary of Truth, floating markets, and Nong Nooch Gardens.
