‘Fear The Walking Dead’ Is Better Off Cancelled Than To Have Another Season Like That

It seems like there is no saving Fear the Walking Dead now, heading into tonight's season 5 finale.

I don’t know if I need to go over just how and why season five of Fear was so bad. If you watched any of it, you know. The group went from “survive at all costs” to “help anyone regardless of logic or safety” which was like shifting from fifth gear to reverse on the freeway and dropping the transmission out of your car. Add into that subplots like Al’s desire to film literally everything for reasons that make no amount of sense, and you have a series full of mostly bad new characters, neutered season 1 originals (Strand, Alicia and Daniel) and crossover characters that don’t make anything better (Dwight) or actively make things worse (Morgan).
