It looks like a dog stye. Similar to the styes that humans get. I wouldn’t know how to treat it though.

Idk why that didn't occur to me! i'm pretty sure that's what it is, now that i've seen pictures. the website i'm looking at says that washing it and applying a warm compress to it might help it go away, but if it continues to grow I'll take her to the vet. thanks!!
