Rainy, Windy and Grey this morning, but that's no excuse to stay in bed and sleep in, or sit in front of the computer, or get drenched walking to the gym... NO, absolutely NOT in my book. Instead, I ventured into the fire stairs and got stuck into some serious stair climbing. Up to the 41st floor, quick selfie, and then back down again, and then back up again for another selfie, 'Gun Show on the 41st Floor". Lol, and then back down again, and then back up to my floor, the 12th, and a few more floors to make the big 100, and then a few laps of the pool. I'm absolutely stoked, excited and pumped, usually I do 41 floors, then another 12, and I'm absolutely pooped and exhausted. The ACT drinks sure make a difference in increasing stamina, but I've got to be honest with you, ACT is only 2/3rds of the picture here. Every time I think of Monique, my best friend and also the more awesome and beautiful woman in the world, especially after we talk, or text, I get this massive boost of energy and endurance, I'm somehow managing to always get a personal best, go faster, harder, push more weight, do another rep or two, I can't explain it, just prove it with the activity tracker and weight training stats. I feel so blessed and privileged to have such an awesome person in my life, and be my best friend as well. Unlike most people, I don't just get up in the morning, I jump out of bed each morning with joy and excitement, knowing she's a part of my life, she gives me massive energy and drive, and combined with Youngevity's ACT drinks and Youngevity's BTT and OsteoFX, my path to greatness and success is guaranteed.
