Pawphans fun facts - First and second edition
Here’s a very little known bit of information about RSPCA Pawphans. There is a first (left) and second (right) design of each puppy. The first was the original release and the second came not so long after.
The first edition featured more of the white around the eyes along with a smaller softer toosh tag and and a breed tag attached to the collar made from thin cardboard with a white back. Claws are made from fabric.
The Second edition featured significantly less white around the eyes, where more firmly stuffed, and in some of the dogs small colour and other minor design changes. The second edition toosh tag was thicker and harder along with the breed tag being made from thicker cardboard attached directly too the dog instead of the collar and a lot of second editions never came with the breed tag. Claws are made from a thick felt material.
