I just saw the paycheck of an american waitress and it is an actual paper check. Wtf? Why are they still using checks/cheques?!every job I've ever done just deposits it on my account. Why the paper hassle. What are you supposed to do with it? Go to the bank? Try to pay groceries with it?!

Also: she gets paid almost nothing but that is another story
