On My May 3, 2019 I found this a amazing Yarn Artist on Etsy. I was looking into getting a nice rainbow handmade blanket for Comfort. I looked for one that was Quality made I bought one before I finally found @iknitscrochetandmore. When I did I just couldn’t believe the amazing detail that she had in her #mandalablankets. I unfortunately didn’t not have all the money at one time. So I contacted her about a possible layaway plan. Here is the first reason I call her #bestincustomerservice. She agreed to My #paymentschedule and started creating my amazing blanket. This was my first out of country purchase so I was a little nervous. Here is the second reason she was the best. She sent me photos all the time of the #creativeprocess it also made me feel more comfortable. The 3rd reason was she cared and I don’t mean “fakecare” I mean she started to ask how I was feeling? She gave me Pep talk‘s. Now I am not saying you have to get the personal with a buyer but sometimes you may see a opportunity to share some kindness along with your sale. “ I talk a lot about mental health on all my social media accounts, that is why I will tell you what she did for me. I was extremely sick and really tired at the time I bought this Blanket. I really believed I was dying. This blanket was going to be my happy hospital blanket. I was sure that the next #hospitalvisit would be my last. I was extremely depressed and I was not talking to anyone about it. For some reason this Amazing woman from Tbilisi Georgia found away to brake through. As she made my blanket we talked. We shared stories she would take Photos and I would have fun editing them in weird ways Harlow her with hashtags for her Instagram, slowly but surely she not only made me a blanket but became my friend. The day I got the blanket it meant so much more than it a spectacular blanket ( it is a spectacular blanket trust me) now it was a link to a friend a world away. Since that day she has Enriched my life almost every day. So she wins my CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD forever lol. Although I am still sick she still makes me feel better!
