Hey there, really excited to hear about the finished zine! Sadly I don't have a credit card and I was wondering if you would add more payment options in the future, e.g. Paypal, or if it would somehow be possible to work something else out. No worries if not! I understand the process is stressful enough already, so I hope I'm not out of line. I appreciate your charity donations and hope there will be much interest in the zine! Hey! So I've had a couple of people ask about this, and I didn't realize banking was so different outside the US and Canada - my bad! I'm looking into opening a separate bank account to use for Paypal, and I'll be updating you guys as it goes along. Hopefully it will happen in time for the preorder period.
Just to put it out there for everyone. It looks like due to the way eBay has started handling coupons (which sellers have no idea have been used), you cannot issue partial refunds for those transactions via Paypal. Something I sold on eBay was damaged in transit and I was going to issue a partial refund of $13.45, I followed Paypal’s steps and it refunded the full amount of $32.70. Thankfully the buyer sent the correct amount back, but this could be a total nightmare. There is apparently a workaround, but I did not know about it until this happened, so be sure to keep your wits about you.

Alternative to Paypal??
Hey y'all I'm an artist who does commissions for ppl online and I've been having issues with Paypal withholding my money for 3 months now, I'm trying to fix it, but in the meantime I need to know if there's other options you'd recommend for someon who's based in Europe? I need my commission money to survive, I can't keep dealing with this, but at the same time Paypal is the most widely used form of payment for online comms...I'm not sure what to do

Last I checked … Paypal doesn’t chargebacks. Those HAVE to come from the person who owns the card. I dunno why people keep falling for that lie.
Locai has been shady for a loooooooooooooooooong time so I’m not surprised at this at all. I’m glad they finally got called out ‘cause they don’t hesitate to step on your face to get what they want. If you haven’t read the PSA, you gotta.
