It would probably be Lucky Palms or Dragons Valley in ts3. Tartosa, Strangerville and San My in ts4! (I couldn’t choose just one for each sorry!!)

Starlight Shores in ts3 and New Crest in ts4
4. What lifespan length do you play with?
Normal, mainly because short is too short but long drags a little for me. I’m basic😂
