Alfie shakes his head in disbelief. “You ask for too fucking much, Tommy.”
“Tell you what,” Tommy moves forward on his seat, arms coming to rest on top of his desk, hands clasped together. “If you apologize to Arthur I’ll let you fuck me right here before I call my brothers in.”
Sex between them has become somewhat of a common occurrence ever since they first met in London, and it had only stopped once Tommy had married Grace. And after her passing, Tommy hasn’t had sex with anyone else.
Alfie would be the first one after Grace.

Tommy watches in silence, trying not to laugh as Alfie mockingly apologizes to his brother, he sees how his brother gets more on edge by the second but thankfully, by the end of a very long, very fake apology, they each remain seated on their seats and there’s no ashtray being smashed on anyone’s head – he’ll take the win.
Once that apology is out of the way, they are able to move on to talk the business part of the meeting.
“You didn’t need to rile him up that much, you know,” Tommy comments when they are once again alone in the drawing room.
“Yeah, but he makes it so easy.” Tommy simply shakes his head, amused because he knows how easy it is to rile his brother.
“Want to go upstairs?” He asks after a moment of silence.
“Tommy, sweetheart, I love that you think so highly of me but I don’t think I can fuck you again. Not for a little while longer, at least.”
“Well,” Tommy walks around the desk to stand closer to where the other man is sitting. “You can always stay the night. I mean, is late already and is a long drive back to London and we both know how much your sciatica acts up when you sit still for too long in your car,” Tommy says in a fake concerned voice.
“Yeh, it would be nice, yeah, to spend the night. You know, for my sciatica. And bad knee,” Alfie follows Tommy’s games without a second thought.
“That’s right. We can’t forget about your knee.”
“Lead the way, then.” Alfie says as if he’s never before stayed at the house. What follows is an evening filled with moans and pure post-coital bliss.

Tbh, I love this fandom to death. I love almost everything about it, but..
There is a certain percent of people that really ruin it for me. These people are just hateful and ungrateful for everything that Pixelberry has given them. They shit on people’s fav LI by calling them ugly and things like that. They don’t give books a chance because they find it boring, which is completely fine, but shitting on a book really isn’t.
Opinions and criticism is always needed when people need to IMPROVE on certain things. Degrading and thinking that it’s going to be shit is not helping the progress of the company.
What really grinds my gears is that when there is a character doing something so minor, those people tend to hate the little things. This really is directed to the people that hate the ATV siblings. Sure, they are annoying to you guys. Sure, they are likely to cause problems. Sure, the story MAY become a ROE book in space. But for fuck’s sake, you can make the siblings better people. Did you even read the dialogue options? Or were you blinded by how much you hate them? But if that is the plot of the story, then let them do what they do best. PB decides what is going to happen in the story, not us. Sure, we can say, “Hey PB, do you think you can do blah blah blah.” Who knows if they will decide if they want it or not. We all saw how the ‘Make Maxwell a Li’ situation went down. PB listened, but Maxwell’s character and screen time went down.
Another thing is when people hate on a character that hasn’t been released nor said anything. Remember when people were ready to hate Adrian because he was a big boss, and he was seen by the PB fandom that he was going to be cold and ruthless. Then when his character’s personality shown, everyone was shocked cause he was a sweet and caring man.
Another one is the amazing White Male Li/Main LI, who is dark and brooding. I get it. I’m not the biggest fan of the main LI/white male Li trend, but if I’m going to be honest. Let the people who love those LIs love those characters because we are not them. I never go for male LIs cause.. Well, I’m gay, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to be like “Ugh, that male LI.” No, I’ll just let the fans enjoy what they enjoy. Vise versa for the people who love the Female LIs.
The last thing that I need to say is that when there is a Male & Female MC.. Please don’t say that (MALE LI) is gay or (FEMALE LI) is lesbian! No, the LI is likely to be Bi, pan, etc. Hopefully, it’s a joke from you guys that you say that they are one way only. What I don’t like as well is that when you call a book/chapter homophobic, merely bc it doesn’t show a certain LI. It’s not, and again.. I’m hoping you guys were not being completely serious on what you type.
That’s all I really needed to say, and I just needed to get that out bc this fandom really bugs me when things like that happen. The books were made to address different topics and discussions. It can’t always go your way bc that’s just how it is. An app called Choices.. It’s kinda ironic, but you know what, what are we even going to do about it? Only the future can tell.
