PB-14 pre-orders on Premium Bandai start today! They run until January 13th 2023. Scheduled to release April that year in Japan. English release will be June 2023.
Release Comparison: PB-12 is scheduled to release December 2022 in Japan and March 2023 in the US.
This appears to be the result of the Product Character Theme Poll from February 2022, in which Angewomon and LadyDevimon got first place.

The Playmat is about 609 x 355mm (23.9 x 13.9 inch) which is bigger than for example the Floral Fun playmat which was 500 x 350mm (19.6 x 13.7 inch)
The cards are Alternative Arts for the Angewomon and LadyDevimon from the ST-10 Parallel World Tactician Starter Deck.
