Almond Butter Cups.

• Crunchy almond butter

• Cacao nibs

• Chocolate baking wafers

• Maldon sea salt (for topping)

Super easy: Melt chocolate in double boiler. Spoon 2 spoonfuls into bottom of mini cupcake paper. Freeze for 10 mins. Meanwhile, make your filling. Get creative- I mixed crunchy almond butter with cacao nibs. In some I also added some honey as well. 

Once bottom is hard, spoon 1 spoonful of filling into center. Then take your melted chocolate and top. While chocolate is still liquid, top with Maldon salt. Put back in freezer until hardened. Enjoy!
