          “Do you believe in monsters?”  Icy hues look up from her newspaper, a rather fascinating story about a recent murder. Humans rarely drew her attention, but there was something about the way this man held himself that screamed predator. It was interesting.

                         “   OH  MAMA.   ---  --   ”      she  said,  laying  flowers  next  to  the  woman’s  grave.  “  you  would  know  what  to  do  if  you  were  here.  daddy  is  getting  worse  and  worse  it  seems.   ”   willa  was  not  one  to  cry,  but  she  felt  the  tears  overflowing.  “  he  doesn’t  want  to  live  without  you  i  think.   ”  having  his  daughter  was  just  not  enough,  he  needed  his  wife  as  well.  a  sound  behind  her  made  her  wipe  at  her  eyes  and  turn  to  see  another  standing  behind  her.  “  you  should  not  sneak  up  on  people  in  graveyards!   ”  she  did  not  mean  to  sound  so  harsh,  but  she  did  not  like  the  thought  of  someone  seeing  her  weak  and  emotional.  it  was  not  the  front  she  usually  showed  others.  “  it’s  rude.   ”      @pcliteness
