Her travels had taken her far away.
Here, lay a farm. A farm full of such strange leafy plants the likes of which the poppy had never before seen. A feeling of dread filled her as she crept on. She was a bright orange speck on this somewhat gloomy place. Well, gloomy to her. She was so used to the open air of Inkwell. This place... just felt oppressively cramped to her.
And already, she could hear voices. Quiet muttering, a dull roar that made her shake a little. But she pushed onward, into the crowd, who looked at her like she was so.. .alien.
“Hello?” She asked, “Can anyone tell me where I am?”
well I gotta jump off to school soon. So I cut my little drawing/sketching episode short. So these might? be done later after class? Idk?

The weather felt like an apology. It’d rained hard on the island the last three days, too hard for him to land, never mind get there. Now the sky was clear, the sun was warm, and everything seemed to glow after being washed by the rain.
Today was an exploration kind of day. Owen had wondered about the flower patch on the first island. Did anyone live there? What did it look like? He didn’t have anything to do today, he may as well check it out.
It was a quiet place. Nothing around but beautiful flowers as far as his eyes could see. Owen sighed. It wasn’t quite up to heaven’s standards but it was lovely nonetheless. He sat down on the dirt and closed his eyes. This was a good place to relax.
