1. being persuasive. ( i know it’s hard to believe, considering most of this websites obsession with people getting the best of zeus, no matter how unrealistic ) but he IS really convincing, and he’s good at getting what he wants. zeus is charming and eloquent, and such a smart guy that it’s hard not to side with him unless you know him really well.2. combat. he’s skilled with a plethora of weapons ; swords, spears, knives, bows, axes, hand guns, rifles, a frickin sling shot-- he’s trained himself and with others, because he can never be too prepared. growing up in war, being paranoid af, and also having an extremely athletic and competitive side, allows for zeus to be an expert fight.3. organization. zeus is a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to keeping organized. his closet is always tidy and sorted by clothing type, his desk is in neat stacks, based on what each document is for, his bookshelves are organized chronologically. his agenda for every meeting is always tactful and organized into the most logical way of speaking. he literally has everything perfectly put together, a little bit of an obsessive tic of his.4. taking initiative. zeus will always, always, ALWAYS do what needs to be done. like -- maybe not when it comes to making right with those he’s hurt, but otherwise, he’s going to do what he has to. typhoeus, anyone? he’ll do what sucks, and he’ll be the first to say what needs to be said, or take control of a tricky situation. he’s definitely a leader, and not a follower.5. music. zeus can sing really well, i think. he’s got a trained, thick with emotion, and powerful voice that’s really quite nice to listen to. he can play piano, compose, and perform really well -- he’s just, admittedly, a little too shy / otherwise occupied, to do so.
1. art. zeus can’t draw, paint, write, etc for SHIT. he’s never been good at anything to do with art ( aside from music ). he’s not patient enough to try harder, and he doesn’t have a creative enough mind for it -- he’s a little too practical, too technical for it.2. keeping emotions in check. his anger often gets the better of him, and zeus is prone to lashing out when he’s frustrated or annoyed ; usually with a raised voice, threats of violence, and crazy loud thunder storms. he completely smothers his sadness with more anger. he feels GUILTY for being too excited about something. his paranoia is overwhelming, and he NEVER does anything to solve these problems.3. fidelity. zeus is very loyal to what he believes in, and to his family ( those who do the same for him, anyway. ) but i think it goes without saying that he’s TERRIBLE at staying committed to his wife. and he’ll never be able to do that. not EVER.4. boundaries. this applies to SO many things. he’ll push people all the time. he’ll see how nasty he can be to a stranger before they get angry, he’ll push his flirting, he’ll get too close when he wants to, and he literally does not give a shit about how people feel about that. 5. being honest with himself. he won’t admit what he wants or how he feels. he’ll tell people that he wants sex, but he won’t say that it’s also bc he wants to feel connected to someone. he’ll say that he’s angry, when really he’s terrified or upset or feeling incredibly paranoid. he just -- doesn’t ever want to admit that to himself, or to anyone else.
