Your Guide to Creating Online PDF Fillable Forms
With PlatoForms, you can build your own fillable PDF in just a few simple steps:
If you have an existing PlatoForms account, simply log in to that account. If you don’t have an existing account, click Sign Up.
After logging in, select “Start to Build“ and then choose ”Create an Online PDF Form for an Existing PDF“.
Start uploading your existing PDF and then select the option of “Building an Online Form for an Existing PDF”.
Click the “Add” button located at the top of the screen to start putting texts on the form. After clicking “Add”, a yellow box will appear which you can drag and where you can put your texts. You can edit your texts from the left side of the screen.
To add a dropdown, just click “Add” and choose “Dropdown”.
If you think you’re finished adding all of the elements to your form, you can preview it by clicking “Preview” located at the top left of the screen.
If you think your form is good to go, click “Publish”.
From there, you will be able to copy the link and share them with your colleagues.
