hi i just read your zine about secular witchcraft and you mentioned a podcast in it, is that still around? i tried to find it on the itunes podcast app and nothing showed up. just wondering! very much enjoyed the zine btw thank you for making it :}

We hadn't done a episode of PDX Witch Guild in a few years and I hadn't done and ep of my other podcast and I stopped paying for hosting. I had planned to put them up on archive.org or their own soundcloud but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I'll put that on my list of things to do. I'm still really proud of them but didn't want to pay to host them. I'll post when I have them up again.

Hey @pdxwitchguild, I gotta sit this one out. I got really sick on Wednesday and my recovery is too slow for me to make it this time. I was hoping I’d just be able to take it slow to make it there, but it looks like the smartest play is to stay home and rest.

May Magik Exchange

So for May we're doing an exchange! Bring your old craft artifacts and trade them for some new junk! Bottles, herbs, candles, incense, crayons, glass stuff, books, tools, rocks, fabric, tarot and divination stuff, stationary etc. Also plants, seeds, or cuttings are welcome too. Great opportunity to make sure you stuff goes to a lovely home. Since this is an exchange all transactions will be for trade NO CASH!!!!! If you want to go home with something new bring something old. I'm sure there will be some gifting so don't stress about bringing a priceless dragon egg or something. Just be fair, I'd like everyone to leave with something their excited about. SO DETAILS: meetup up is Saturday the 28th at 2:00 pm in Overlook Park in North Portland. We will be gathering under the huge tree in the center of the park. You literally can't miss it. The park is right off the Yellow Max Line and has a parking lot too.

Grab your plants, witches getting green!

So on March 19 we will gather in Colonel Summers park to get green. Bring your seeds, starts, clones, drones, and gardening tips. If you don’t have anything to bring but yourself, your are more than welcome!

Teas for tasting, crackers and snacks are appreciated but not required. we have some vegans and GF peeps so keep that in mind.

To repeat, Colonel Summers park on March 19th at 4:30. We’ll be hanging around the playground/brick shelter/picnic tables at the corner of 17th and Taylor like the cool kids that we are.

February Guild Meeting

ITS HERE WITCHES!!!!!!!!! Mark your calendars for the 20th of February at 3 o'clock 🔮☕📚!!! It will be at Colonel Summers Park which as the benefit of a covered building in the event of rain. This meetup is divination themed. All formats of fortune telling are invited. Bring you tarot, oracle, playing cards, and uno decks. Cast bones or runes, read tea leaves, or star gaze? Your knowledge and stories are welcome! Any and all methods are welcome. If you don't use any of these tools but are curious about them come along! If you have 0% interest in any of this you too are invited. Have a cookie 😊 If you have a way to bring hot beverages for the group, bring it! Want to bring food to share? Do it (however some members are vegan or gluten free)!!!!! ALSO bring something to sit on. A blanket, coat, towel, or fancy chair will all work. If sitting on the ground is hard for you, or if you need any consideration due to ability comment on this thread and I will try to figure out a way to make sure your needs will be met. This meetup is a inclusive space so please no bigotry!

Guess what's on the cards for February? Possibly another meet up! It may be tarot themed and also maybe in NE, bexuase I met an awesome witch who may have access to an indoor space.
