i went through horrible heartbreak over a year ago, i know that it's absolutely the worst, but i promise it does get better. even when you're hurting, make sure you take care of yourself, eat regular meals and drink enough water and get enough sleep. i recommend journal writing and cartoons and spending time with your friends. and try not to spend too much time dwelling on whoever broke your heart, there's no such thing as closure and you are your own person with your own value as an individual
