I’m feeling Villain Luka in this chili’s tonight.

This feels more like a peacock Luka, Lukanette au, where villain luka doesn’t know Marinette is Ladybug. He’s practically a shoe-in for the peacock--its the miraculous of emotion, he is a literal empath. 

The fic itself would be a back and forth - always from luka pov, but split between his time as luka and his time as the peacock. back and forth between him loving marinette and him whaling on ladybug

I’m not sure why he’d be a villain (daddy issues?), but i really want him to hate Chat Noir specifically, and only hates/hurts Ladybug bc it hurts Chat Noir. (I’ve noticed that all the main villains are only really Marinette’s villains. Lila, Chloe, even Hawkmoth, Adrien’s dad, are framed as Marinette’s. Mayura is framed as Hawkmoth’s minion/sidekick, and she could be a good villain for Chat if he was framed as a sidekick, but he’s not). 

the climax of the fic would be peacock luka having captured ladybug and he says the title line, stealing her miraculous while he throws her off a building or something. Only for ladybug to turn into marinette. so he jumps off after her.

Here's some designs for ROA!Luka using the different Miraculous.

So we have Apatura, named after Aputura Iris aka the Purple Emperor Butterfly. As you can see his "akumas" aren't black and purple. This is because he wouldn't be a villain. He would create champions that he calls Tenshi, which means angel in Japanese. He does this since hawkmoth called his akumas, which is Japanese for demon/devil.

Next is Paon. A simple name but I feel it suits him. Like the butterfly version, he isn't evil. He refers to his creations as Senticreatures instead of Sentimonsters. His mask is inspired by Phantom of the opera.

Next is Kobe, which literally means turtle.

Vespa is the name for his bee form

And finally we have Rusè. Rusè means foxy in frence but I was also thinking it could link into his power as a Ruse can also be a distraction.

Anyway, I'm really happy with how these turned out and will be doing more in the future.
