Peanut Butter S'more Bars are a delightful combination of graham cracker crust, creamy peanut butter, toasted marshmallows, and rich milk chocolate. These bars are perfect for a crunchy, chewy treat!
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 cup powdered sugar. 2 cups mini marshmallows. 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x9-inch 23x23 cm baking pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to create the crust. In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined. Spread this peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker crust in the pan. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the peanut butter layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are lightly browned and puffed. Remove the pan from the oven and immediately sprinkle the milk chocolate chips over the hot marshmallows. Let them sit for a minute or two to soften, then use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate evenly over the marshmallow layer. Allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set the chocolate. Once fully set, cut the bars into squares and enjoy!
