Every Monday, Her Philly Moves will spotlight a local LGBT woman artist. Mood Mondays provides visibility to the talented ladies out here grinding in the city of Sisterly Affection.

Today, we’re focusing on a dope rapper and visionary named Pearl Handle. In December 2016, I visited her music video shoot for the song “Rock and a Hard Place”. During the taping, she shared her inspirations and artistic process with me.
