NOTE TO SELF: Third time here. I was tempted to go the safe route -- their burger did me right -- but opted against carbs, which was the right move because this might be a top ten meal of the year. A lot of powerful flavors that worked incredibly well together. All of it. I would have thought the texture of the salmon and the chorizo would have been in competition, but seriously good.

Raspberry Chipotle Burger w/Fries. Pecan Point Brewing Company. Texarkana, Texas. 5.12.2022.

NOTE TO SELF: The second time I've been here in a week. Last time I said I was going to get something tastier and less healthy -- I succeeded. I took the server's suggestion, but the raspberry-chipotle sauce didn't do much for me. The burger itself -- topped with bacon and fried jalapenos -- did just fine without the fruity topping, though. Still, next time I'll mix it up again and order something else.

Charred Brussels Sprout Salad w/Grilled Chicken. Pecan Point Brewing Company. Texarkana, Texas. 5.12.2022.

NOTE TO SELF: The "salad" was actually just a bowl of Brussels. They were good, but after a while a person gets tired of eating Brussels. And the chicken slices were a too large to mix in. All that to say, I think I misordered. I'm glad to be aware of this joint in Texarkana. I'll be back and order something less healthy and more tasty.
