Ingredients: 1 cups finely crushed chocolate wafer cookies. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1 cup finely chopped pecans. 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons light corn syrup. cup bourbon. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. cup powdered sugar for rolling.
Instructions: Crush the chocolate wafer cookies and mix them with the powdered sugar, chopped pecans, and cocoa powder in a large bowl. To the dry mix, add the bourbon, vanilla extract, and light corn syrup. Make sure to mix it well until it all comes together. Put the bowl in the fridge for about 30 minutes with plastic wrap over it. Take the mixture out of the fridge and roll it into small balls that are about an inch across. Spread the powdered sugar out on each ball by rolling it in it. Cover the bourbon balls with the sugar and put them on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Put the bourbon balls back in the fridge for another one to two hours to let them get firmer. The Fudgy Bourbon Balls are ready to eat once they are firm. Put the bourbon balls in a container that won't let air in and put it in the fridge.
