Last Saturday, the Karen Village hosted the most exciting Pechakucha ever. It was the place all artists in Nairobi should have been. With a huge crowd, you wonder what keeps an audience engaged. It’s usually the unexpected. Indeed the unexpected happened - a lot was learnt from each speaker !!

Millie spoke about her hometown of Bournville, home of the chocolate bar. At 17, she is our youngest presenter yet and it was heart-warming to hear her presentation and to discover it had helped her develop her confidence. She and her friends create short presentations for each other at home and this was her first public appearance. - PechaKucha Night Birmingham organizer, Ben Waddington
It was the first PK event at NANSHA DISTRICT of Guangzhou. We had the event at the cultural landmark which is NANSHA LIBRARY. The space is amazing.
