This is how I finished my training yesterday. When I used to #dumbbellbenchpress I, for whatever reason, wouldn't set myself the way I do for the traditional #benchpress. In other words I didn't arch or even tighten up. But why? Why not treat this was the #benchpressvariation that it IS and pack your #shoulders together in order to achieve better #pectoralactivation? Why not use #legdrive? Why not tighten your core up and use your #lats to stabilize the dumbbells as you bring them down? Don't be the guy that has big shoulders and no chest. Don't flat back your dumbbell bench press - or any bench variation for that matter!
