The first #MiniCircuit of three #Exercises I did today included 1️⃣ #DumbbellBenchPress variation squeezing the #Dumbbells together as you #Press and lower the #Weight. This helps to increase the #Intensity when heavier weights are not available. Squeezing the weight also increased #TimeUnderTension by having near #ContinuousTension throughout the #Movement. 2️⃣ #TrapBarSquats or as some prefer to call it #TrapBarDeadlift. I attach the #e3Grips for added stability and improved #MuscleContraction. Make sure to keep your back tight as you push the heels into the floor while driving the shoulders up. 3️⃣ #SprinterCrunches which I did not video.
