Hi there! I checked through all the fanfics you suggested & I'm not sure if there is one, but is there a fanfic where Katniss is taken by the Capitol and Peeta is taken by the rebels after CF? But from Katniss' POV instead of Peeta's? Or even canon, but from Peeta's POV? Thanks!

There have been fics in which K&P have a role reversal, where Peeta's in D13 & Katniss in the Capitol as well as fics where both are saved in D13. But are there any fics where both are captured by the Capitol?
